Katie McWilliams knows how to gracefully manage the stresses and excitement of moving into a new community. Growing up in a military family and being married to an active-duty U.S. Navy pilot, she has experienced relocating throughout her life and is prepared to help her real estate clients organize their next move with ease.

Katie’s love for homes started with her family’s property management business, where she developed her keen eye for identifying quality dwellings. After attending the University of Florida, Katie worked for several years in academia as a secondary school teacher. Her tenure sharpened her perceptivity, patience, and caretaking abilities, which she uses to skillfully oversee her clients’ real estate transactions.

Katie is known for her concise communication and genuine care in supporting others’ goals. Whether first-time homebuyers, current homeowners, or military personnel who need help with relocation, Katie supports everyone with diligence and fairness. She establishes lasting relationships by listening to clients and aligning with what’s most important to them.

Katie currently lives in Jacksonville and serves as the president of the Family Readiness Group of her husband’s squadron. She is a member of the Naval Officer Spouses Association and organizes fundraisers for K9s for Warriors. When she’s not busy building her real estate business and volunteering in her community, Katie can be found working out, cooking, and visiting beautiful Jax Beach — one of her favorite places to enjoy.
